This offer will come out in waves, the first few waves are going to be very limited to ensure the turnaround time on the breakdowns is not to long. Lou will review the videos sent in and give a very detailed breakdown breakdown on camera with visuals to ensure it is easy to understand, along with ways on how to correct any mechanical errors. Be sure to check out the quick 30 second snippet from a recent breakdown Coach Lou has done. After purchase you will need to record 3 separate videos to send in for the breakdown. The first video is front view of 3 different forehand groundballs with throw, 3 backhand groundballs with throw, and 3 slow rollers with throw. The first video from the front should contain 9 total groundballs. Please do not separate them into 9 individual files. The second video should be the same template of 3 forehand, backhand and slow rollers all with throw but this time from the side view. The third and final video should also be the same 9 videos but filmed from behind (similar to the one showed in the video). Also, be sure the full throwing motion is in frame!Estimated turnaround time is 7 days after videos are received from you.
